JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead a team of field sales representatives to expand our distribution network across the Northern region. You will be responsible for hitting ambitious sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team. • Provide field training and coaching to sales reps. • Analyze regional sales data to identify growth opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience managing sales teams • Strong knowledge of the local distribution market • Excellent leadership and motivation skills
