RANKA uses AI to process the professional information you provide in order to generate career insights, scores, and optimized content. We apply data minimization principles, sending only the minimum necessary information to our AI processors.

4. Uploaded Documents

Uploaded CVs and cover letters are private to your account. They are used for generating job matches, salary analyses, and profile optimizations. We do not automatically publish or share CVs with employers.

5. Talent Pool

Joining the RANKA Talent Pool is strictly optional. If you explicitly opt-in, we may share your professional title, experience, skills, location, education, and contact info with verified employers. We never share your Salary Reports or private RANKA Match scores.

6. Payments

RANKA uses authorized payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or CVVs. We retain payment references, plan details, and transaction statuses for billing purposes.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is only shared with employers or recruiters when you apply for a job, explicitly join the Talent Pool, or explicitly consent to share.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Payment records follow legal retention requirements. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

9. User Rights

You have the right to access, download, correct, or delete your data. You may delete individual analyses (CVs, Match Reports, Salary Reports) or your entire account at any time through the Privacy & Data settings in your dashboard.

10. Security

We implement secure authentication and restrict file access to authorized users. We limit sensitive data exposure in internal AI and error logs.
