1. RANKA Services

RANKA is an AI-powered CareerTech platform providing profile assessments, CV optimization, job matching insights, and career preparation tools. Joining RANKA is not a guarantee that your information will be shared with employers unless explicitly requested.

2. User Accounts

You must register an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. AI-Generated Results

RANKA uses AI to provide career insights and content based on the information supplied. Results are estimates and recommendations. RANKA does not guarantee: Employment, Interviews, Salary Offers, or Recruiter Contact.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

RANKA offers Free, Basic, and Boost plans. Payments are securely processed via authorized third-party gateways. Access to premium features is contingent upon successful payment verification.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Premium access may continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically delete your career data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the platform, attempt to bypass AI usage limits, upload malicious files, or submit automated rapid requests. RANKA reserves the right to enforce rate limits and suspend abusive accounts.

7. Career Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your employment history and qualifications. RANKA AI preserves factual information and users are prohibited from using the platform to invent falsified experience.

8. No Employment Guarantee

As stated, RANKA tools prepare you for opportunities but cannot ensure placement. Salary ranges are market estimates and not guaranteed offers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, scoring algorithms, and methodologies on the RANKA platform are the exclusive property of Nexus. You retain rights to your personal uploaded documents.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or AI services. Scheduled maintenance or provider outages may occasionally occur.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
